This program will teach kids how to recognize common winter song bird species by their call. We will test our new knowledge with a short hike through the trails of the North Carolina Arboretum. We will meet in the ecoLAB located in the basement of the Education Center. This is a free event, but the Arboretum does have a parking fee. Come to the North Carolina Arboretum for help completing your Ornithology Challenge just in time for Backyard Bird Count! We will meet in the ecoLAB located in the basement of the Education Center.
